The foam core of Ocean Defender adopts laminated structure,this structure is constantly tested that reflect the best performance of foam fender.Corresponding to laminated structure is winding structure. In the process of repeated compression, the foam core is easily peeled off and damaged.

The almost indestructible coating of Ocean Defender is made of Polyurea,one Black Technology Material ( Polyurea is a branch of polyurethane ). This Black Technology Material is independently developed by us which have very important properties like:extremely strong, stretchable, flexible, anti-deformation, anti-corrosion,UV resistance etc.

Multi-layer cords (Premium Quality) are winding during the polyurethane spraying process with specified angle, and the cord layers play a role of skeleton support and reinforcement which strengthens the “Outer Jacket” of foam fender again.This is the standard configuration of Ocean Defender.
